Programme Planning appears quite easy at face value, but as the saying goes, the
devil is in the detail.
You will be capable of developing your own plan, but with something as vital as significantly
improving the organisations improvement you may just welcome an experienced pair
of eyes to look over the plans, and to add comment.
We have implemented many successful improvement programmes (and no unsuccessful programmes)
and are expert at both project planning and project management.
We can help at various levels with this stage, but importantly it needs to be understood
and owned by you and your colleagues for it to be worth setting out.
